Lower Level

The Lower Level venue is an industrious event space situated directly below Grand Central Market in DTLA. It features approximately 8,000 square feet of raw charm to design and devise space for any kind of event. There are near by prep areas and a back of house, freight elevator access and on-site parking as well. The open floor plan frames Downtowns most unique event space and is an iconic backdrop to all kinds of exciting uses like festivals, large parties and company off-sites, activations, filming and commercial production, market- places and exhibits.

Million Dollar Theater

Completed in 1918, the Million Dollar Theater is a National Landmark originally ran by legendary showman Sid Grauman who would later go on to open and manage the Egyptian and Chinese Theaters. Over the years the theater welcomed some of the greatest performers in entertainment history and carries 104 years of tradition through today with film screenings and premieres, special events, live performances and panels.
