Tacos Tumbras a Tomas

At Tacos Tumbras a Tomas, over 300lbs of Michoacan-style carnitas are served every day, cooked in a steel drum of boiling lard and seasoned with a secret blend of spices. For over 50 years, owner Tomas Martinez and his family have served burritos, quesadillas, tostadas, and tortas. Choose from an array of steam trays meats like chopped carne asada, chicken, pork al pastor, chicharron en salsa verde, and a few other rotating cuts like trompo (snout) and morcilla (blood sausage).

Broad Street Oyster Co.

Malibu’s favorite seafood destination washes ashore inside the historic Grand Central Market. Serving up their World Famous Lobster Rolls alongside some of their classic hits such as fried oysters, burgers, seafood towers and clam chowder.

Ramen Hood

Developed by Chefs Ilan Hall and Rahul Khopkar, Ramen Hood features an array of soups and noodle bowls topped with faux eggs (made with soy), sprouts, black garlic and sunflower seed broth, plus fusion dishes like banh mi poutine and tofu al pastor tacos.
