Magic & Mystery will rule the night when Grand Central Market (GCM) presents a quartet of amazing performers from the Academy of Magical Arts (AMA) on Saturday, August 25 from 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
In the tradition of the fabled Magic Castle, the private clubhouse of the AMA that presents artists specializing in diverse styles of magic in its different rooms, GCM will give guests a chance to experience varied live performances throughout the historic food hall.
GCM’s downstairs seating area will be transformed into a pop-up magic club where award-winning comedy magician Dana Daniels will take center stage. You can take in close-up magic with Kayla Drescher and Robert Ramirez on the Broadway side of the Market and on the Hill Street Platform be astonished by the sleight of hand of Georges-Robert right under your nose.
This free event is the Market’s first-ever night devoted to magic and is part of its ongoing evening programming that includes DJs from radio station dublab on Fridays, Trivia Wednesdays and live jazz shows on Sundays.
GCM vendors including Berlin Currywurst, Golden Road, Olio Wood-fired Pizzeria and Prawn will add to the magic by offering food and beverage specials. Guests will also have a chance to unlock hidden mysteries of the future with Hollywood Psychic Medium Patti Negri who will offer free tarot card readings.
Grand Central Market is located at 317 S. Broadway, DTLA with parking at 308 S. Hill Street.
